Why a cheaper quote often costs more: a low price usually means the sludge is flushed into your pipes, only the overhead tank is touched, or nobody enters the underground tank. What is the water tank cleaning price in Karachi?
For a house, cleaning the underground and overhead tank together costs Rs 4,000 for up to 100 square yards, Rs 5,000 for 240 square yards, Rs 7,500 for 500 square yards and Rs 10,500 for 1,000 square yards. A single tank costs Rs 2,500 for 400–600 gallons and Rs 7,000 for 6,000 gallons. Flats, portions, buildings, commercial sites and factories are quoted after a free survey.
Are there any extra or hidden charges?
No. The price you are quoted is the price you pay. It covers draining, sludge removal, washing and scrubbing, chlorine disinfection and the fresh-water rinse. Nothing is added on the day.
Why is the price based on house size?
Most people know their plot size but not their tank capacity. In Karachi, tank sizes follow plot sizes closely, so square yards give an accurate price for a house. If you know the gallons, you can price by tank size instead.
Is it cheaper to clean both tanks together?
Yes. Both tanks in one visit cost less than booking them separately. It also works better: the underground tank feeds the overhead one, so cleaning only one of them lets dirt come back within days.
Why do flats, buildings and factories need a survey?
Shared and commercial tanks vary too much in size, access and condition for a fixed rate. The survey is free, and you get a written price before any work starts.
When do I pay, and how?
After the job, once you have looked inside the tank yourself. We accept cash, bank transfer, JazzCash and EasyPaisa.
Are the rates the same at both branches?
Yes. The DHA Phase 2 and Gulshan-e-Iqbal branches charge the same rates anywhere in Karachi.
